We will respond to all inquiries promptly. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment (if your order is made on a weekend or holiday - your order will be shipped the next business day). Once the order is made, we will make every effort to ensure that you have the utmost satisfaction with Aniceto & Bigg Co and our products. Shipping Information
Aniceto & Bigg Co will ship your products as soon as payment has been received. For orders within Canada, we ship via Canada Post Expedited Mail; USA Expedited Air for USA customers and for international customers there is a choice of International Surface or International Air Mail. All orders have tracking numbers, which are emailed to you once the order has been shipped.
Aniceto & Bigg Co. will confirm through email that your order has been received and the date it has been shipped. Our goal is to keep shipping costs as low as possible and we do not charge handling fees. The shipping costs that we charge are not marked up and reflect the true cost to us to ship your product. Shipping costs are based on weight and size of the package.
In Canada, Canada Post Expedited Service guarantees that your product will be delivered between 2-9 business days. USA Expedited Air delivery states that they will deliver within 11-14 business days). International Surface delivery takes 4-6 weeks and International Air Service guarantees delivery worldwide within 9 business days.
Aniceto & Bigg has made a commitment to minimize our impact on the environment. One of our methods is by shipping products in quality, gently used boxes collected from local stores. Another is by emailing your receipts instead of printing and sending them with your order.
Payment
We accept payment by Paypal, Visa, MasterCard on-line and for larger phone orders we also accept cheques. Prices on our website are subject to change. NSF cheques will be subject to a $25 charge.

Use Identakey at your own risk, Aniceto & Bigg Co. is not responsible for any circumstances surrounding the use/operation or function of the Identakey in missing person's cases. Aniceto & Bigg Co. recommends testing your Identakey once per month and recommends each Identakey owner having more than one Identakey with duplicate information to ensure that your family and authorities will be able to access vital information in the event of an emergency.
